If you plan to offer seats in an aircraft, either for money or simply for free, make sure that this is allowed by the regulations and laws in your country and all relevant countries (the country of registration of the aircraft, the countries where you will travel...)
For exemple the French civil aviation authority had set rules restricting dramatically aircraftpooling in 2016, before the highest administrative court (le Conseil d'Etat) decided in June 2017 that these restrictions had no legal base. But the situation might be very different in other countries. For exemple, the american FAA forbids aircraftpooling and N-reg aircraft pilots should get a legal advice before offering seats.
Cost sharing is to be decided directly between drivers or pilots and passengers. Aerostop takes no percentage on these sums, and requests no payment of any kind for these trips. It is your responsability to make sure that cost sharing does not break any local law or regulation.
To travel in an aircraftpool flight is not the same thing as using an airline flight. The pilot may have to cancel or postpone the flight for weather-related or other reasons, even at the last minute or abort or divert during the flight. You must be aware of this and accept his (her) decision to avoid fatal accidents.
On an other side, as a passenger you can change your mind and refuse to board the aircraft or the car until the last moment, without having to pay anything.
